LOS ANGELES, CA NF WALK 2015: Team The Walking Deb
I discovered a walk for NF happening in Studio City, CA on October 25 and created a team! To celebrate my mom who has Type 2 Neurofibromatosis, I brainstormed puns on her name, "Deborah," and since this event is held Halloween week, decided to call my team "The Walking Deb."
I'm honored to organize and participate in a fundraising team for Children's Tumor Foundation. It has a great reputation for assuring that funds are appropriated to research that benefits people living with Neurofibromatosis.
